07/07/2018: An explosive device detonated targeting the vehicle of Mirza Mohammad Ibrahim in Charsada district, Ghor, Afghanistan. Ibrahim, the acting district governor and a senior member of the Jamiat-e Islami party, was killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
