11/04/2018: An explosive device detonated near Syrian Army and Russian Armed Forces soldiers in Panorama, Deir ez-Zor, Syria. At least 11 soldiers, including five Syrians and six Russians, were killed in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
