Incident Summary:

11/19/2018: Assailants abducted five civilians at El Ciervo ranch in Santa Rosa del Aguaray, San Pedro, Paraguay. One civilian, identified as Valmir de Campos, was killed and the four other hostages were released later the same day. The Paraguayan People's Army (EPP) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated "anyone who is caught growing transgenic corn or soybean will be shot."
