12/26/2018: An explosive device detonated targeting military personnel in Monkayo, Compostela Valley, Philippines. At least 11 soldiers were injured and there were an unknown number of assailant casualties. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA).
