Incident Summary:

02/13/2019: Assailants opened fire on fuel sellers in Inahare, Menaka, Mali. Three fuel sellers were killed and four people, including two assailants and two pro-government fighters, were killed when pro-government forces intervened. Jamaat Nusrat al-Islam wal Muslimin (JNIM) claimed responsibility for the incident.
