Incident Summary:

02/16/2019: Security forces discovered explosive devices in Janghar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. One of the devices detonated as security personnel attempted to defuse it. One soldier was killed and another soldier was injured in the blast. Three additional explosive devices were defused at the scene. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
