02/25/2019: Assailants opened fire on police officers in Sumpong, Malaybalay, Bukidnon, Philippines. At least one officer was killed and another was wounded in the attack. The New People's Army (NPA) claimed responsibility for the incident and stated that the attack was carried out in retaliation for Martial Law being implemented in Mindanao.
