Incident Summary:

03/20/2019: Assailants hurled fragmentation grenades at Vulcano Task Force working on the Cano Limon-Covenas oil pipeline in Filo de Gringo, Norte de Santander, Colombia. At least one worker was killed and four others were wounded in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the National Liberation Army of Colombia (ELN).
