Incident Summary:
04/09/2019: Assailants shot and killed a farmer, identified as Kennedy Ukuanovwe, along Benin-Abraka road in Abraka, Delta, Nigeria. This was one of two related attacks in the area overnight. An unknown number of farmers were also reported missing across both incidents. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attacks to Fulani extremists.

Criteria 1

Successful Attack
Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
