Incident Summary:

04/11/2019: Assailants opened fire on police personnel guarding polling booths in Etapalli, Maharashtra, India. Security forces opened fire on the assailants and it is unknown whether there were any casualties in the ensuing clash. This was one of five attacks on election-related targets in Maharashtra on this day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Maoists.
