04/20/2019: A suicide bomber detonated explosives and four assailants opened fire on the ministry of telecommunications and information technology in the 2nd police district of Kabul, Afghanistan. At least 15 people, including five assailants, were killed and five others were injured in the attack. The Khorasan Chapter of the Islamic State claimed responsibility for the incident.
