Incident Summary:

05/14/2019: Assailants armed with a fake explosive device and sharp objects attempted to take a security guard hostage and attack the Turkish Parliament in Ankara, Turkey. Two assailants were apprehended and there were no reported casualties. No group claimed responsibility for the attack; however, sources attributed the attack to the Devrimici Halk Kurtulus Cephesi (DHKP/C).
