07/21/2019: Assailants attacked Mangboko, North Kivu, Democratic Republic of the Congo. At least two people, including the Bibiwisi Institute headmaster, were killed, one person was injured, and three other people were reported missing. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the incident to the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF).
