Incident Summary:

08/04/2019: Assailants attacked the Samti border forces outpost along the Afghan-Tajik border in Samti, Takhar, Afghanistan. At least eight people, including five assailants and three border police officers, were killed and five other police officers were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
