08/13/2019: Assailants attacked a security checkpoint in Kunjak, Kunduz, Afghanistan. At least 16 people, including 13 assailants and three security personnel, were killed and seven other people, including six militants and one security personnel, were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
