Incident Summary:
09/13/2019: Assailants shelled residential neighborhoods in Matinah, Al Hudaydah, Yemen. At least nine civilians were killed and ten other people were injured in the attack. This was one of two similar attacks in Al Hudaydah on this date. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Houthi extremists (Ansar Allah).
