Incident Summary:
09/14/2019: Assailants launched drones and missiles targeting the Saudi Aramco Khurais oil facility in Khurais, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. There were no reported casualties; however, the facility was significantly damaged in the attack. This was one of two coordinated attacks targeting the Saudi Aramco oil facilities on this date. Houthi extremists (Ansar Allah) claimed responsibility for the incident; however, the United States and Saudi Arabia accused Iran of carrying out the attacks.
