10/09/2019: An explosive device detonated near a civilian vehicle between Kabul and Sheniya in Dawlat Yar district, Ghor, Afghanistan. At least two people were killed and four other people were injured in the blast. This was one of two coordinated attacks; this first bombing drew first responders to the area. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attacks to the Taliban.
