Incident Summary:

11/18/2019: Assailants hijacked two tugboats hauling a South Korean drilling rig near Alluheyah district, Al Hudaydah, Yemen. 16 crew members, including two Korean nationals, were abducted in the attack. The hostages were released on November 20, 2019. Houthi extremists (Ansar Allah) claimed responsibility for the incident.
