11/26/2019: Assailants threw an explosive device and opened fire at a local government event in Malikpora Hakura, Jammu and Kashmir, India. Two people, including elected representative Mohammad Rafiq Shah and a government employee, were killed and four others were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Hizbul Mujahideen (HM).
