12/03/2019: Assailants kidnapped two Manobo civilians, identified as Taloy Aguilo Astudillo and Bibat, in Inadan, Magroyong, Surigao del Sur, Philippines. Bibat was released on the same day, while the fate of Astudillo is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the New People’s Army (NPA).
