01/13/2020: Assailants attacked a vacation home in Wayanad district, Kerala, India. There were no reported casualties in the attack. The Communist Party of India - Maoist (CPI - Maoist) claimed responsibility for the attack and left pamphlets and posters at the scene threatening the owner of the home for his involvement in the sexual abuse/exploitation of female Attamala Adivasi tribe members.
