Incident Summary:

01/30/2020: Assailants attacked civilians in Mandumbi, Ituri, Democratic Republic of the Congo. At least 11 people were killed in the attack. This was one of four related attacks near the state borders of North Kivu and Ituri on this date. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF).
