02/04/2020: Assailants attacked Saho Rami, Niger, Nigeria. An unknown number of people were injured and abducted during the assault. Some of the hostages were later rescued on or before February 15, 2020. The whereabouts of the remaining hostages is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP).
