04/09/2020: Assailants attacked military positions near Sukhnah, Homs, Syria. At least 29 people, including 18 soldiers and 11 assailants, were killed in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
