05/16/2020: Assailants attacked a security outpost in Shamorgak, Ghor, Afghanistan. At least 12 people, including seven pro-government militia members and five assailants, were killed and two other pro-government militia members were injured in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
