Incident Summary:

06/09/2020: Assailants abducted a civilian, Tariq Ahmad Paul, from his residence in Pinjura, Shopian, Jammu and Kashmir, India. Paul was tortured and killed, and his body was discovered the following day on June 10, 2020. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources stated that the victim was suspected of being an informant after four Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) members were killed at his house during a security operation the previous day.
