07/07/2020: Assailants ambushed a military convoy along a road in Bulabulin, Borno State, Nigeria. At least 23 soldiers and 17 assailants were killed and two more soldiers were wounded. Other soldiers were reported missing and their whereabouts are unknown. The Al-Barnawi faction (Islamic State West Africa Province-ISWAP) of Boko Haram claimed responsibility for the incident
