07/22/2020: An explosive device detonated targeting a vehicle carrying high-ranking security forces in Khas Uruzgan district, Uruzgan, Afghanistan. At least seven security personnel, including the district police chief, the district police commander, and an army commander, were killed in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
