07/22/2020: Assailants attacked a Safaricom telecommunications mast in Yumbis, Garissa, Kenya. There were no reported casualties, but the mast was destroyed. This was one of four related incidents in the area on this date. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to Al-Shabaab.
