Incident Summary:

07/23/2020: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated near a local council building in Ras al-Ain, Al Hasakah, Syria. At least two people were killed and 20 others were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) and also to a Turkish-backed militia.
