07/30/2020: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated near a Hamzat Brigade checkpoint in Tel Halaf, Al Hasakah, Syria. At least five people, including civilians, were killed and 12 others were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) and People's Protection Units (YPG).
