09/13/2020: Assailants opened fire on oil protection forces along Kirkuk-Erbil Road near Girgachali, Kirkuk, Iraq. At least one guard was killed and three other guards were injured in the assault. This was one of two coordinated attacks on the same day. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the incidents.
