09/13/2020: An explosive device detonated near a vehicle transporting injured oil protection forces members along Kirkuk-Erbil Road in Kirkuk, Iraq. There were no reported casualties in the blast. This was one of two coordinated attacks; this later explosion targeted a vehicle transporting those injured in a previous incident. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) claimed responsibility for the attacks.
