Incident Summary:
10/07/2020: Assailants attacked herders grazing their cattle in Fichama, Banywagi chieftaincy, Ituri, Democratic Republic of the Congo. Two herders were killed and over three hundred cattle were stolen in the assault. One herder was also abducted, and the outcome of the kidnapping is unknown. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Cooperative for the Development of the Congo (CODECO) militia.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2

Success of a terrorist strike is defined according to the tangible effects of the attack.
