10/21/2020: Assailants established an illegal checkpoint and opened fire on vehicles in Qulayah, Khanaqin district, Diyala, Iraq. At least three civilians were killed and two civilians were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).

Criteria 1
