Incident Summary:
10/22/2020: Assailants attacked a pasture in Zambuti, Irumu district, Ituri, Democratic Republic of the Congo. This was one of two related attacks in the area on this date. At least three people were killed across both attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Cooperative for the Development of the Congo (CODECO) militia.

Criteria
Criteria 1
The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
Criterion 2
