This is part of a multiple attack with 197010300001 and 197010300002. The bomb was placed on the window sill and detonated at 3:22 AM. Later in the day there was a bomb scare are New York City Hall and a bomb was discovered against a tree stump in the Bronx (197010300004). |

Success is not judged in terms of the larger goals of the perpetrators. For example, a bomb that exploded in a building would be counted as a success even if it did not, for example, succeed in bringing the building down or inducing government repression.
