10/21/1986: A group calling itself the Revolutionary Justice Organization released a statement claiming responsibility for the abduction of Edward Tracy, an American writer living in Beirut, Lebanon. The statement made no ransom demand but accused Tracy of being a spy for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Tracy was released on August 10, 1991, almost five years after he was kidnapped.
