12/31/1994: John Salvi III approached the Norfolk's Hillcrest Clinic in Norfolk, Virginia, United States, and began firing shots at the abortion facility before his gun jammed and he drove away. There were no casualties, but all windows in the lobby of the building were shattered. Salvi was captured by authorities shortly after the incident.
