Incident Summary:

02/21/1998: A high-powered bomb exploded without injuring anyone, in the Basque town of Irun in northern Spain, on a railroad as a French high-speed train was passing. The engine and one of the carriages of the train suffered slight damage to the bodywork, and the windows of several buildings in the vicinity were shattered. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
