Incident Summary:

03/29/1998: Hutu Interahamwe militiamen attacked the Kinigi Displaced Peoples' Camp in the Ruhengeri district of Rwanda. Twenty people were killed and 42 were wounded in the attack. In addition, the militiamen freed 29 prisoners from the local authority offices that were next to the camp.
