Incident Summary:

04/06/1998: An assailant later identified as Randal Hanson broke a window at the Fargo Women's Health Organization in Fargo, North Dakota, United States, throwing a container of kerosene into the clinic. The kerosene failed to ignite. The clinic had been the target of several vandalism attacks in the past. Hanson was ultimately convicted of a misdemeanor in relation to the attempted arson.
