Incident Summary:

04/10/1998: In Turkey, two members of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) threw a bomb into a park in Istanbul's tourist district, Sultanahment, while on a motorcycle. The explosion injured two Indian tourists, one New Zealander, four Turkish civilians, and two Turkish soldiers. Authorities arrested the two PKK perpetrators on April 12, 1998.
