Incident Summary:

03/16/1999: In Sarajevo, Jozo Leutar, the Deputy Interior Minister of the Islamic-Croat Federation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, was killed when his car was blown up, most likely by a remote control bomb placed by unknown perpetrators. Two others were also injured in the attack. Leutar was in the process of investigating organized crime in the area.
