03/17/1999: In Vitoria, Spain, suspected Basque radicals threw a Molotov cocktail at the home of Santa Cruz de Campezo Town Councilor Fernando Visa Landa. There were no casualties, but the house sustained minor damage in this attack by unknown perpetrators.
