Incident Summary:

05/30/1999: A group of perpetrators suspected of belonging to the New People's Army (NPA) fired at a house in the town of Salay, which belong to Loreto Tagarda, the Village Chief. Tagarda, a policeman and one civilian were killed in the attack. Another woman was also seriously wounded in the shooting.
