Incident Summary:

06/02/1999: The Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) killed five people and wounded another eleven when they attacked an unnamed village, under the control of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and located close to Haciumran district in northern Iraq. The perpetrators used automatic weapons and rocket launchers to attack the village after allegedly crossing in from the Iranian border.
