Incident Summary:

06/22/1999: Two roadside bombs exploded one after the other in the village of Markabe in southern Lebanon, killing one South Lebanon Army (SLA) soldier and one Lebanese civilian, while injuring two other civilians. The perpetrators of this incident were unknown. Israeli forces launched ground and air attacks in the area following the explosions.
