Incident Summary:

06/27/1999: A group of unidentified perpetrators attacked the Military Governor's office in Alava province, Spain, with about a dozen petrol bombs. The assailants targeted the back of the building, where the private residence is located. The Military Governor was not in the building at the time, and no casualties were suffered in this incident.
